Redmi Note 11pro 5G complete review

Xiaomi opted to kick off 2022 not just with a bang, but also with a bewildering array of new phones, especially under its Redmi brand. Not two, not three, but four new Redmi Note 11 versions have been unveiled by the business. We’ve already evaluated the Redmi Note 11S, the Goldilocks of the lot, and although we liked it, it wasn’t particularly spectacular. now we have come up with Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G complete review.

Redmi is known for its low-cost and mid-range Android smartphones, which provide a good balance of price and features. As we mentioned in our review, the Redmi Note 11S exemplified this ambition with its clean appearance, decent features, and exceptionally low price tag, especially when compared to the flagships on the market.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G is more expensive, but it comes with more advanced capabilities. Is the phone a significant upgrade over its less expensive brother, or does it simply add 5G support? To discover out, we put the model through its paces lately.

Design

Though the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G may now claim the crown, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G will certainly stand out as one of the smartphone market’s heavyweights. Numbers don’t necessarily mean much unless they result in a block of glass and metal that’s too big to hold in one hand. The phone’s bulk and heft nearly tempt fate, so it’s a good thing Xiaomi included a free clear case with every purchase.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, like its brothers, has flattened out its edges. The Gorilla Glass 5 front and back do have a slight curve where they meet the metal frame, so it’s not completely flat.

However, because the curve is so minor, most people will mistake the phone for having flat edges and thereby aping Apple’s present iPhone style. The frosted glass back, which repels fingerprints well, is a strong indication that this isn’t an iPhone, as does the huge bulge on the back.

Last year’s Chinese brands were all over a stepped design for camera bumps. At the very top, the main camera rises only a hair above the rest. Unfortunately, the camera’s design makes it appear as if there are four more lenses. In truth, there are just two, with an LED flash and a completely unnecessary “AI” mark filling the other “holes.”

Display and Audio(Redmi Note 11pro 5G)

That camera hump does provide some flair to the back of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, and it’s matched by one of the phone’s most prominent features. The 6.67-inch display that gives the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G its bulk is also its most valuable asset, both literally and metaphorically.

When fully charged, the Super AMOLED panel may be used outside in direct sunlight. Its colours pop, the blacks pop, and the colours don’t fade when viewed from different angles.

For a phone in this price range, the screen also supports 120Hz refresh rates, which is unusual. You can let the software choose the refresh rate for each app, or you can set it at 60Hz to save battery life. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to compel it to run at 120Hz all of the time, and the rapid refresh rate will be dependent on whether or not programs support it.

The availability of a dual speaker arrangement, with the earpiece doing double duty, is another pleasant surprise for a mid-range phone. Although the output is loud enough for pleasant listening in a small room, it favours the mids and highs. However, you do get a headphone jack, so you can use nicer headphones to appreciate the heart-pounding bass. It’s a wonderful surprise to see this ancient port persisting here, given how even mid-range phones have begun to abandon it.

Performance and Battery Life(Redmi Note 11pro 5G)

While the phone’s vivid display and excellent sound make it a good multimedia device, Xiaomi’s processor selection eliminates the phone’s gaming capabilities. The Snapdragon 695 5G isn’t a slouch, but its performance in demanding mobile apps and games will leave you wanting more.

Despite the company’s best efforts, after a period of intense use, you will feel the heat, and there appears to be some instability that causes certain games to crash at random.

Of all, the Snapdragon 695 5G wasn’t designed to be a powerhouse, and it does a good job of getting the job done. However, synthetic benchmarks don’t tell the whole story, and the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G compensates for its performance flaws with a slew of additional goodies. For example, it is the only one of its four siblings that support 5G. There’s also a microSD card slot, but it’s shared with a nano-SIM.

The 2022 Redmi flagship features a 20 mAh battery capacity reduction compared to the Redmi Note 10 Pro last year. Despite this, the 5,000 mAh battery is one of the largest available in any smartphone. Even if you watch a lot of videos, chat a lot, browse a lot, and do other mundane chores, you’ll have plenty of battery life remaining before you need to recharge.

The phone’s enormous battery is complemented by the 67W fast-charging technology, which takes around 50 minutes to charge from empty to full, somewhat longer than Xiaomi claims.

Camera

On paper, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G has done well. The camera, on the other hand, is where things get a little disappointing. Xiaomi used essentially the same sensors as last year and even reduced one camera that was rarely used. It performs worse than the Redmi Note 10 Pro when it comes to video recording.

The 108MP sensor in Redmi’s 5G flagship is the same as last year’s, and it takes a typical pixel-binned 12MP shot by default. Images captured in this mode have a good spectrum of colours and enough detail to be useful, at least in bright light. Xiaomi’s AI-powered software performs a lot of background processing, which can result in the photo being oversharpened.

With less light, the photos have more visible noise, which is less impressive. The full 108MP sensor can also be used, but the photographs it produces are less sharp and have a different white balance than the ordinary 12MP.

The pricing starts at around 18k for 6+128 GB Version and 21
